These terms apply to your use of the Officials Pickles online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our store

Officials Pickles sells glow-in-the-dark pickleball paddles, balls and accessories. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and glow effects may look slightly different in person than on your screen. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Safe use

Our paddles contain rechargeable batteries and LED lights. Charge them only with a suitable USB power source, don't leave them charging unattended for long periods, and keep them away from water and extreme heat. Children should use our products with adult supervision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Officials Pickles isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
