We want you to love your Officials Pickles gear. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all included accessories such as the charging cable. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective or lost orders

Every order includes shipping protection. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost or stolen in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
